At Pure Form Studio, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.
1. Right to Return
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be returned within the applicable return period;
- be in its original condition;
- show no signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration;
- be returned with all original packaging, where reasonably possible.
Products showing signs of use, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Pure Form Studio, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging (if applicable);
- a brief description of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will offer either:
- a replacement product; or
- a full refund,
at your choice.
In these cases, Pure Form Studio will cover all reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.
5. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions described in this policy, we may refuse the refund or issue only a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
Products damaged during transportation may be replaced directly without requiring a new purchase.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned if they:
- have been used;
- have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
- are returned in a condition that significantly reduces their value beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Processing Time
Please allow adequate time for:
- return shipping;
- inspection of the returned product;
- processing of your refund.
While we strive to process returns promptly, actual processing times may vary depending on shipping and payment providers.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable laws of Poland or the European Union.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those described in this policy, those laws shall prevail.
