2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
Pure Form Studio offers handcrafted African sculptures.
Because every product is individually handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, wood grain, dimensions, finish, or appearance are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and shall not be considered defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display products accurately, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website:
- include applicable VAT;
- are shown in the selected currency where available;
- do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
5. Payments
We currently accept payments through Shopify Payments.
Available payment methods may include:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
6. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically create a legally binding sales contract.
An order becomes accepted only after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- pricing errors occur;
- products become unavailable;

- legal or regulatory obligations require cancellation.
If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
The risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers located within the European Union benefit from all mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
