At Pure Form Studio, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted sculptures safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Poland: 3–5 business days
- Other European Union countries: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local courier operations, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- Poland: 45 PLN
- European Union (outside Poland): 75 PLN
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders with a total value of 4,000 PLN or more.
The free shipping offer applies automatically during checkout when the qualifying order value is reached.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and tracking information, where available.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Pure Form Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend:
- Inspecting the package before accepting it whenever possible.
- Taking photographs of any visible damage.
- Contacting us as soon as possible after delivery.
If a product is damaged during transportation, we will offer either:
- a replacement product; or
- a full refund,
at the customer's choice, following verification of the reported damage.
9. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather conditions;
- transportation disruptions;
- carrier delays;
- public holidays;
- force majeure events.
Such delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
10. Taxes and VAT
All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT.
No additional VAT charges will be added during checkout for orders delivered within the European Union.
11. Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered because:
- the delivery address is incorrect;
- the recipient is unavailable;
- the parcel is refused without valid reason; or
- the parcel is not collected from the designated collection point,
additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
